I’m Nick Acosta, a Chicago-based wedding cinematographer with a passion for storytelling and a love for love itself. My journey behind the camera began in middle school when my dad gifted me my first camcorder.
Little did he know, he was setting the stage for my life’s calling…
That first camcorder sparked a fire in me. I spent my teenage years creating videos for family, friends, and school projects. In high school, I dove deeper into the craft, taking multiple editing classes to hone my skills. After college, inspired by a friend’s success in the wedding film industry, I knew I had found my path.
In 2017, I took the leap and launched my own brand. Since then, I’ve been living my dream, capturing the most precious moments of couples’ lives and turning them into cinematic treasures.
As a proud half-Cuban, half-Polish American, I bring a unique cultural lens to my work. This blend of backgrounds gives me a deep appreciation for diverse traditions and celebrations, allowing me to capture the essence of your special day with authenticity and flair.

From living in an Indian orphanage to wandering the streets of Italy, travel is my second passion.
